Ramandu's Daughter...who?

She sure has the looks for Ramandu's daughter, but i agree with Chrissi. She looks too young, especially when Caspian is obviously older than 17/18. She's about 16 now, and i think she just looks too young.

I definitely agree with some others before who said she needs to be an unknown. How about Sofia Vassilieva, an fairly new young actress:

I don't think she looks too young, all she needs is a little bit of natural makeup and she'll be perfect! I always pictured Ramadu's daughter to look innocent, and sort of have this "ageless beauty", and I think Vassilieva fits that bill.

I couldn't have stated this any better! :) (Plus she's Russian-but she doesn't have an accent or anything ;) )

Alaina, I think Chloe would be pretty cool too, but she is a little older than how I imagined Ramandu's daughter to be.

She'd be perfect! Celtic Woman may be a big music group but ther concerts are really only shown on PBS durring Pledge drive season ( grrr. Especailly when they sing "May It Be", they even blow Enya out of the water and she originally sang it.) so she wouldn't be to huge a name.

Just after looking at that picture of her in white, well, she looks exactly like how she should look. That could DEFINITLY erase any infatuation with Susan. And like you said with the singing, spot on. Maybe she could even have a song in the end credits.

Charn_Tim, about her being a little older than you imagined... wasn't caspian ;)

Mmmm. . . I love Chloe Agnew, but somehow she doesn't seem to fit the bill. For me at least. She might be just perfect though. You never know. I really think Ramandu's daughter (they really ought to give her a name in the movie) would look more like Eowyn from LOTR, but I think the actress who plays her is too old. I really hope they choose someone completely out of the blue and unknow. It's more exciting that way. :)

Too true. That way we don't have to try and compare other perforamnces they may have had. Say do we want to compare Miranda Otto's peformance as Eowyn with Ramandus' daughter ( if they gave her the part).
 
unless i've overlooked it, this is the first place where nobody has said bryce dallas howard. i didn't agree at first...but i think i've changed my mind. there's that whole issue of being "too famous" though. :(
 
Unknowns. Because honestly, the narnia people need to stay with that theme. It does the actors a lot of good, even if they don't ever do any other films, it's unforgettable.

Like I'd love to be in the Narnia films, cept I don't have a british accent, and I'm about 8 years too young.:p It's a great experience I'm sure, and I think it should go to someone who could benefit most from it.

That's my say. I wouldn't say Rachel Hurd Wood because I just can't see her in the part. =/ I love her acting, but I just can't see her doing it.
 
They should definitely go with an unknown, in my opinion. It would be weird having a well known actress playing a part like that.
