Rangers of the Dancing Lawn!

"AHHHHHH....she doesn't like that....but I feel like that....I really do..."

*She turned her head because she felt like she was going to throw up.*

IOWW stopped.
"I never want you to hear you say anything like that again! Do you hear? Wait...what am I talkin about, of course you can't!" IOWW sat down frustrated. IOWW put her hands on Lucy's cheeks to try and make her feel better.

ooc: *hugs*

ic: "IOWW its all my fault isn't it? I should have worked harder to save you."

The door to the bedchamber burst open n' in came several servants. "M'LORD!Are you alright?" asked a worried maid. Sean blinked.
"Who are you?" He asked cautiously.
"Don't be silly M'lord! You know your dear devoted servants!" Sean's eyebrow furled.
"I've never seen you before in my life...AND WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY BOOTS?" Sean realized he was standing on an icy-cold stone floor barefooted.
"You KNOW the Lady doesn't approve of you tromping around the castle in those silly old things." The maid said. A man behind her grabbed her arm.
"He's having his 'spells' again..." he said in a low voice.
"Spells?" Sean asked. "What sort of spell has Saruman put on me!" He demanded.
"No no, M'lord." The maid soothed. "The war's long over. You're safe at home now." Sean shook his head.
"No, this is not my home..." He said slowly.
"Ohhh, pish-posh! The Lady Melissa's been dying to see you!Could hardly keep her from interuptin' your kingly sleep!" The maid turned halfway out the door. "M'LADY!!HIS LORDSHIP IS AWAAAAKE!"
The sound of a stampede of people echoed through the hall.
"LET ME IN!FOR PITY'S SAKE LET ME IN!" Came a fair voice. Sean watched as the servants were pushed aside and in came a lovely lady with golden hair. Her eyes lit up when she saw Sean and she threw herself on him. He was slightly alarmed as she hugged and kissed and cooed him...:D

ooc- lol!

ic- "You couldn't be more right!" IOWW laughed. She touched Lucy's cheeks again.
"Alright...lets see if she gets the code...stomach means 'No', cheeks means 'Yes'..." IOWW hoped.

*Her stomach churned*

"That means she think negative about what I said, but I didn't say anything." she said with a confused look.

"Cheeks..a positive thought maybe?"

"LADY!PLEASE!" Sean said, pulling her away.
"What's wrong my precious?" She asked and went to kiss him somemore. Sean stepped back.
"Who are you?" She looked disappointed.
"Oh, sweetie, you're having your bouts again!" She tried to get him to sit on the bed. He wouldn't budge.
"AND WHERE ARE MY BOOTS?" Sean asked aggrevatedly.
"You KNOW I hate it when you go clomping around the castle in those nasty things...it scares the servants." Sean was officially lost, confused and freaked out as Lady Melissa threw herself on him again.:D

"Positive? It means a Yes!!! It means a yes!!! I got it, when she touches our stomachs it makes us feel sick, so that means a no. When she touches our cheeks, it feels good, so its a yes."

*She jumped for joy*

IOWW jumped for joy aswell. But then, she ahd a feeling that she had best go and find the others. She touched Lucy and Fyn's cheeks, followed by their hands, and then got up and left for the camp to see Fish, Machia, Captain Aravis and Emmy.

ooc- lol, Sean.

EDIT: Well, since Lucy's off, and Slp hasn't done enything for the past 15 minutes, I'm gonna head to bed.

G'night Sean and everyone else! And God Bless! :)

"What do you presume I wear if not my boots?" He played along after Melissa let him breathe.
"Those silly." She pointed to something in the right corner of the room...Sean avoided looking there for a moment. "She can't mean..." he looked. She did. It was.

THE POINTY SHOES BESIDE THE MIRROR! Sean groaned inwardly and looked at her. "I'd much prefer my boots Lady..."
She pushed his left shoulder lightly. "The war's been over for YEARS. No need for them now darling. Now come along the dignitaries are waiting." She and the servants left Sean alone.

"SARUMAN YOU WILL PAY DEARLY FOR THIS!!" He shouted inside as he walked down the stairs, trying to muster up as much dignity as he could wearing a blue and black vertically-stripped suit with puffy shoulders and a frilly neckband, topped with a big red feathered barret-like hat, and the worst part...the pointy shoes.:D

OOC-what oh what has happened to him? :D

Fish had been having the most wonderful dream. IOWW was there, and so was Aslan. They were in the pirate camp. Everything was normal. There seemed to be no worries about the Wizard, nor any worries about anything, for that matter. Everyone just ran through the woods, playing with the talking beasts and the dryads. Fish gathered that Aslan stayed with them all the time, or at least while they were building the grandest ship Narnia had ever seen. But suddenly the dream turned sour. Aslan seemed nowhere to be found. A lantern fell and broke on the grand ship and it caught on fire. All the pirates just stood there, watching it burn; no one did anything to stop it. The half-charred, half-still-burning ship started sinking, falling deeper and deeper into a seemingly black Narnian ocean. All of the sudden a figure was seen in the crow's nest. It didn't move, nor did the pirates. It became clear who the figure was, but the pirates just stood there as IOWW sunk into the ocean with the ship.

Fish sat straight up in bed, the last scene of IOWW half in the water etched into her brain like a photograph. She rubbed her eyes, trying to forget, but the ghostly scene wouldn't leave. "Aslan," she muttered, "git us through this...please..." Fish's head started to clear, and she stood up. Off in the distance, she heard Lucy and Emmy talking, but she could only catch every couple of words. She did notice that the phrase "smells like Fish" seemed to be used frequently, though. Walking outside the tent, she shouted, "Oy, mateys, now jest what are ye comparing me lovely scent to?"

Fish asked in disbelief. "I don't...I can't...but sweet Aslan there ye are...." Fish grinned, ran over, and practically tackled the girl. "IOWW, but how?" Fish asked.

ooc- Okay, obviously I've got a lot of people confused...lol:o
IOWW isn't quite back yet, I'm afraid. I've quoted the whole thing from last night so you can read it for yourselves.
It's just IOWW's spirit, but, you'll understand when you're done reading.

ooc- LOL!

Okay, here we go: IOWW meets Aslan, part 1

And, ACTION!

ic-
IOWW found she was no longer with the Pevensie’s. Instead, she was sitting, quite alone, on the stone table. Except, the table was not in a cave like she remembered, it was on top a great hill. From which, she could see all of Narnia. All the way from the darkened Cair, to the smoke of the busy Rangers camp.
“Where-Why am I here?” She asked out loud. “ I need to go--I need to get back to the pirates! Fyn, Lu! Fish, Machia, Emmy! The Cap’n!” As much as she wanted to run to the Rangers camp, something was holding her back. Then, she saw him. It was Aslan. He walked, it seemed, on thin air towards IOWW. Light seemed to radiate from him as he stopped before her.
“Hello my child.” His voice was deep and strong, but calming as well.
“Oh, Aslan!” IOWW fell to her knees,” I can’t believe it’s you!”
“Yes, yes…It is me.” Aslan chuckled a bit.
“Aslan, please, could you tell me what’s going on? I need to get back to my family-” A tear rolled down IOWW’s cheek,” they need me. And I need them! I can’t leave them now…”
“I know,“ Aslan nodded.
“Do you remember the first time we met, IOWW?”
” It was back when us pirates tried to take over Narnia…” She replied after a moment.
“That it was.” Aslan walked closer to IOWW, “ I gave you, Machia, and Apolo a choice to make that day…”
“Become a Narnian, stay a pirate, or leave Narnia fer good.” She finished for him.
“And, believe it or not, you chose two of those options, just as I‘d hoped you three would.” Aslan seemed to smile at IOWW,
” Many an innocent life has been saved by your acts. Even many who weren’t innocent are alive today because of you.”
“Like the wizard, you mean…” IOWW stared at the ground in shame.
“The Wizard was one,” Aslan nodded, ” But, you also spared the White Witch, Jadis.”
“But, that did nothing for the good of Narnia…” IOWW said sadly,” look how Saruman is destroying Narnia…and it wouldn’t be happening if I hadn’t let him live...”
“You let a man who could not defend himself live, child. Saruman could not fight against you, and you saw that. By letting him live, you did more for Narnia than you can imagine. You offered him justice and peace, much as I offered you that long time ago.” Aslan paused, then continued,
” He chose not to acknowledge and accept your offer, which is why Narnia is in disarray. The Wizard shall have the same fate as the White Witch did when the Pevensie’s first came to Narnia. But, his time will come another day...”
IOWW had tears falling freely down her face,
“Thank you, Aslan. I’m glad I served you as I was supposed to.” She managed to say.
Aslan shook his head,
“You are not done serving me, IOWW.”

ooc-

ooc- Bye Grace!

OKay, here we go.
IOWW meets Aslan: Part 2

Lights, Camera, Check the gate, and ACTION!

ic-

Her eyes widened, and she looked up at Aslan,
“W-what do you mean, Aslan? I don’t understand…”
“I mean, dear child, today was not your day to die. That day will not come for many years, although you may come close to it more often than not…” Aslan smiled, and continued,” As you said before, they need you. And you need them.”
“Oh, thank you, Aslan!” IOWW flung her arms around Aslan’s neck and buried her face in his mane.
Aslan laughed, and IOWW felt it go through her body, making her laugh as well.
“Come, my child. Let me show you what your death has wrought…and what your life needs to un-do…” Aslan turned around and walked towards the Rangers camp. IOWW rushed to his side and walked with him.
It took mere moments for IOWW to spot someone she knew.
“Herkimer!” She ran over to him and went to hug him, but, just as when she was with the Pevensie’s, she went right through him.
“B-But Aslan…I thought you said I’m going back!”
“You are, IOWW. But, I’m afraid you will have to be more patient than that. I can not bring you back just yet.” He told her.
“I’m sorry, I should have known I wouldn’t go back immediately…”

Herkimer was sitting against a tree when he felt warmth engulf him.
"What the-?" He proclaimed. A feeling of joy filled his heart.
"That was odd..."

“It’s quite alright, dear one. Come, there is much more for you to see.” Aslan lead her a few more yards until Lucy and Fyn were in sight. She stopped in her tracks when she saw them.
“F-Fyn…Lu…” She walked slowly over to them. The tears had begun to flow again.
“I’ve never seen them like this before…”
Lucy was trying to talk to Fyn, but, Fyn didn’t seem to know who she was.
“What’s happened to her?” IOWW asked Aslan.
“She is blinded by her grief.” IOWW took a step forward and fell down to her knees so she was eye level with Fyn and Lucy.
“I-Is it permanent?” She asked.
“It may be, and it may not be. Her grief has made her do many things she’s never done before.”
“What do you mean?” IOWW gave Aslan a confused look. Aslan then took a step back, and stared into an empty space of Forest. Suddenly, an image of Fyn slowly appeared. She had IOWW’s cutlass, and was killing orcs with such a fury. IOWW put her hand to her face and cried into it.
“What have I done to her? Th-That’s not Fyn…” She sobbed.
“Fyn, for the first time, could not control her anger. Seeing you die left her so grief stricken that she could not control herself…” IOWW looked back at Fyn and reached out to grab her hand. She reached out, but once again she couldn’t touch somebody she wanted. She tried and tried to grab her hand, but failed. Eventually giving up, leaving her to sit and cry even harder.

ooc- Okay, as you can see wiht Herkimer, you can't SEE IOWW yet, but you can feel her and Aslan being there.
Ic-
Aslan turned to IOWW.
"I have some things to take care of, my child." He told her. " I'll give you some time to see you're family." he started to walk away, but turned back to her," It may be a while..." he winked at her and then disappeared in a flash of light. Though she desperately wanted to see Fish, Machia Emmy, and Cap'n Aravis, IOWW wasted no time in turning back and running towards Fyn and Lucy.

ooc- And that's why IOWW's spririt is there...lol
She can hear you guys, but you guys can't hear her. And the reason she's touching Lucy's cheeks/stomach is because Lucy can feel her warmth, but can't see her...
I admit, that is kind of confusing...feel free to ask me anything else if you don't understand.

ooc- Okay, obviously I've got a lot of people confused...lol:o

ooc- haha, sorry! I understand the whole spirit thing, I just misread the last part of your last post (before this one)...I'll go back and edit my last post.
