I have actually never seen anything with him as the Joker, sadly. But, though I will admit that he's not the best actor ever, he was perfectly fine as Luke and it's blaspheme to say anyone could be better

Ooh, the old Batman cartoons were the BEST!!!!!! Oh, don't get me wrong, he was a perfect Luke. I'm just saying he's a better Joker.
