Thor was enjoyable, not my favorite, but I found it very enjoyable. And I'm not a fan of Marvel movies at all. The Shunning would have to receive, personally, a 1. Acting and scripting were horrible, not to mention the fact it was an "adaptation".

Haven't seen it, and don't really care to since it's got a sex scene in it. At least one anyway.

Superman Returns
 
I watched it very recently for the first time. It was actually pretty good. However, Timon and Pumbaa were rather annoying. Mufasa was great, though. And the soundtrack (not the songs, but the instrumental parts) were good. So overall...7.
