My guess is it was made with a motion blur..I want to try it too.

I could try it out on David McCallum in The Great Escape,since he looks so nice in his RAF uniform...even if he does die quite sadly and bravely at the end of the film.

10, the last time we watched it was on the way to one of the Bible Quiz nationals, I admit I didn't pay too much attention because I was studying but I do remember that part, sadly

edit: Audrey, the movie Victory kind of reminds me of the Great Escape, it's about prisoners who play a game of Soccer to gain their freedom (after several attempts to escape by other methods)
