9. My only suggestion would be to make it a little smaller.(You can resize at MyTheme.com)..Becuase the mods sometimes get on you for bigger graphics than allowed.

You can resize on Paint?
I started on that before I got Gimp,and when I resized it either cropped part of it or made it distorted-looking.
But then again,I couldn't make anything half-way good with it..so its probably just me.
