Riddles

sorry to keep you waiting....

There are 3 light bulbs in three seperate rooms. in front of you, there is a panel with 3 seperate switches. They only turn on or off. you may look inside each room only once. How can you tell which bulb belongs to which switch?

Oh I think I've heard this one before...


ISn't it: You turn two switches on for a few minutes, then turn one of them off...you enter each room and feel the luightbulbs and the one that's on belongs to one switch, the one that's hat belongs to the one you turned off and the one that's old is the switch you never turned on...

My cousin told me it once. :D

O, or 0 whatever ...isn't it? that's what my cousin just told me...
 
yeah, you're close enough.

the answer is:

The letter in question is the letter "O".
It is zero. The man had nothing to write.
The blind could read nothing.
The person who was dumb could repeat nothing.
The deaf man listened and heard nothing.
