As soon as Lady Inkling, the wedding singer but also an Emergency Medical Technician, understood what was going on, she fetched her own trauma kit. Soon she was examining Copperfox, who was alert enough to tell her that his most serious problem now was needing about a quart of his O-Positive blood replaced. Inkling commended Joel on his first-aid actions to counteract shock, and was interested to hear about Bat-Bat's high-quality artificial skin which had been used to prevent Copperfox from losing any more blood.
