I know, and the years aren't too much of a worry for me.

I'm just so shy. I've always been pretty shy around everyone, but around guys (especially guys I "like") it's always been so much worse.
And I don't know how to start a conversation. I'd say I'm below average, socially...

It's just so hard for me. But, I did smile at him today, and I think maybe he smiled back (if that means anything ) However, it happened while he was playing piccolo, so maybe his face just looked like that....
