My mum sent in a poem she wrote for fun to this poetry contest and she won! Her poem is being published in a book and she might win 10,000. We are all happy for her. THis means we don't have to worry too much about plain tickets to see Dad now :D

Jules my dad goes for his mri and some tests all next week and its flipping me out. But i know God will help me thru it the doc said the chances for cancer are slim but if they do find something they will catch it early. But that is what worries me both sides of my family have a history of cancer.
 
I know he will be, oh you know so/so. I am holding up pretty well. Praticing making sure I don't choke. First chair is harder than I thought. Hows those two little girls of yours? :) And how are you?
 
Keep praying and not just that things will be ok, but that you'll be able to walk with the Lord through it, come what may. Don't stress too much if you can help it MJ...remember each day has enough trouble of it's own. I hope that things will go well, but regardless of what happens, God is in control and on His throne. It sounds scary and frustrating, but try to not think about it too much. *Hugs to you*!!!!

Well, I got the girls back a week ago or so. Things are busy trying to get back in the swing of things. My bro had them for a bit overall...I helped him, but now things are not going well for him and he has to hand them back for a bit. The girls are really stressed with it all and things are tense. I'm hanging in there overall. That's part of the unspoken requset overall. There's a ton more I won't type.

Thanks jules that is right each day does have its troubles But i feel that God is going to take care of it but its just the human side of me i guess you always think the worst and i am a daddy's girl anyway. it is scary but i have a couple of songs that i have been listing to and some old cds that i dig out when i feel this way and God is just showing himself thru it
 
Not a new thread, I just split the old one again. It helps the server and forum to function. Long story. We do it every 2000 posts or so...I was well behind on the last one.
