Some Banners and Icons NO REQUESTS

could sum1 please tell me how to add those banners i can't seem to get it

What I did is that I right-clicked on the picture and went down to Properties. Under properties, there was a web address (URL). At least on the picture I wanted it did. Then I copied down the URL and went to edit signature under my personal profile and clicked the picture that means insert image. Then I typed the URL in the box and clicked save signature.
