hey, has any one heard/read these books?
I'm almost done with the first one, it's SO good! twig reminds me of edward scissor hands, and this story(at the end) reminds me of "Airborne".... sO GOOD!!!!!
 
*gasps* Oh my God I LOVE the Edge Chronicles! Though I never finished reading Vox. My faves were Midnight Over Sanctaphrax and Beyond The Deepwoods.
 
um it's a really long story.....


a studio recently signed to make the movies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!! that's what the deepwoods acrostic in my sig are about :D

Wow, I swear I'm losing track of all the books......I've only read some of the Twig ones, one Quint book and two with Rook in it or something.
 
I love these books but Ive only read Beyond the Deepwoods, Stormchaser and Midnight over Sanctaphrax.

The world the writers create is incredible. So much thought has gone into it - dont oyu think?
 
YEAH! i mean... reading the books is like watching a movie, the script is AWSOME! their actions, the way they describetheir moves incredible.


i'm on midnight over sanctaphrax, but so far my fav is beyond the deep woods, bviously cuz its the story that started it all.
 
i can't wait for the movie, i hope they do it properly and pick the cast properly, ppl that think about the character instead of being famous, i wan them to be somewhat like narnias cast, well twig i mean, like skandar cy=uz he's mysterious, its really cool.

i would say hp cast but...yeah emma isn't hermione anymore, she's just emma, and thats exactly wat i don't want edge to do...
 
I want the cast to be someone whom we don't know and isn't famous at all. Like Georgie, she'd never been in a film before and she scored Lucy.
 
yeah, but perosnally goergie henley wasn't what i expected for lucy.... holy gibbs was more of what i thought, when i saw her in nanny mcphee i was like thats what i was expecting and i saw LWW before that movie so i didn't know about holy gibbs but still i wasn't really like WOW about GH, i think i thought she looked a bit too old :o

they're definetly going to be unknown actors though, but i don't wan them to turn out like daniel radcliffe , even though hes my favorite actor. he s just too much like OH i'm the wizard of punk! and wtv it gets on my nerves i wnat some1 who wants to feel different while playing twig, actualy feel like twig...

she played christianna in nanny mcphee, you know the youngest girl.
and this is off topic but what the heck, i have a feeling that if thomas sangster(simon from n.mcphee) tried out for edmund he'd get the part...he did awsome in nanny mcphee

Yuck! The oldest boy? Like who thought up all the evil plans to take out the nannies? Even Skandar's hot compared to him, and that's saying something!

Besides, isn't he too young???

i don't look at whos hot, i mean its fun and all but you got to stick to the creators description, i lok at who fits the character.. hes 15... 1 year older than me. and edmund was supposed to be a blond..lol I'm not a so-called *spoiler*

NO ONE LIKES THE EGDE CHRONICLES? what are you wating for? the sky to fall? for sky's sake! you do not know what you're MISSING, go to you're library and borrow BEYOND the DEEP WOODS (better off reading this one first) or if u want to start off with the introduction book, published especially for world book day in 2001 then borrow CLOUD WOLF
