The Golden Mallorn Leaves

The trees started shifting around Amera and she knew it was huorns. She pushed Starbeam even harder, but the way was blocked. She grabbed her long sword off her back as the mare started backing up. "Starbeam," she whispered, pushing the mare on.

Rodwen stood still, watching the buck with a peircing gaze. Slowly she lifted the bow, and aimed. She pulled back lightly and then, released! Twang! was the sound she heard the, thump. She smiled. Nimbly she made her way across the log where she had been sitting, and then to the bucks side. She kneeled and flung him over her shoulder and and walked to Gedwey. She tied the deer on and then mounted. With a quick squeese, they were off. Running through the forest, through the moon streaked trees. They finally made their way to the open plain where she raced down into a gulley and stopped at her camp.

"Este le! Este le!" he said soothingly...Alas, the Huorns wouldn't heed his words and began to close in. The knight shimmied up the side of one before they could do anytrhing about it and sat himself firmly on it's leafy top.:D

Amera heard the voice behind her becoming more and more desperate. She jerked Starbeam around and set her a fast pace. She saw the Huorns closing in on the knight. "PEACE!" she yelled in Elvish. Suddenly the Huorns froze and turned her direction.

"Twas I you saw. What may you name be? And what, may I inquire, was this creature you sought?" Amera asked through her thick Elven accent. She pulled Starbeam to an abrupt stope in front of the Huorn the knight still sat upon.

"You may call me Sean. I will not divulge my rightful name to strangers. As to the creature, he seeks something of great value. I cannot let him reach it...Who are you?":D

"I? I am Amera Daon. A elvess warrior of Galadriel. You need not know my reasons for being in these woods." Amera calmly turned Starbeam around, "I must be on my way." Starbeam tore through the now still woods.

ooc: I bet it's Gollum. lol... the whole disapearing thing... it's got to be him. Unless it's an anorexic Frodo. LOL... Kidding

"I wonder who he's chasing after..." she spoke thoughtfully to herself. Amera reached the southern edge of the forrest and made a small fire to keep warm by.

OOC-YEPS!:D

IC-Sean shimmied down from the sleeping huorn and muttered something about firewood as he strode deeper into the forest, bow in hand. He stopped to rest by a boulder, and felt a nudge at his back. He turned round to see his horse! "Whoops...Sorry, almost forgot about you.":D

In the morning Amera woke up and took a loaf of lambas bread from her small pack. She consumed a little less than half and drank from her wine skin, the wine skin that would never empty. She dosed the fire and mounted her mare and set off towards Gondor.
