The golden years of Narnia

((heh, umm..office Pm'd me saying I could start out the whole thingy so...here goes nothing lol :D))

it was a lovely day at the palace of Cair Paravel and Lucy and Edmund deicded to take a walk on the great beaches just outside the castle...
as they walked along the sand they talked to oneanother about thier recent adventures in Narnia and how much both of them wished Aslan didn't have to leave....

hearing thier older brothers vioce both Edmund and Lucy spun around to face him, both thier faces lighting up at the vary mention of the Great lions name..."came where?" asked Lucy, exciteing tingling within her young body.

*A wolf by the name of Slayer was walking in the woods close to char Paraval trying to find a new place to live for he heard the grave news from a crow that witnessed the great battle and told him that Queen Jadis had fallen for the Great Lion had killed her**he was hurt by this but he knew he had to move on and find another place to live*
 
both Edmund and Lucy's faces fell as soon as they heard what Peter had told them.....Lucy sighed looking up at her oldest brother, "it's ok Peter....but I do wish Aslan were here....I wish he wouldn't ever have to leave us again"
 
Lucy esged a lil closer to the wolf she reahced out to pet him but Edmund quickly pulled her back, giving her a look that meant they didn't know weather the wolf was safe or not and to be careful....Lucy sighed and looked back to Slayer wondering what his reaction would be...

*Slayer spoke*"well I was a member of Queen Jadis's police and was working for her but a crow that witness the great battle told me Queen Jadis had fallen cause the great lion had killed her so I desided to wander Narnia and try to find a new home"

Lucy stood close beside her two brothers, smileing warmly towards Slayer, "you would be treated wonderfully if you join our side" she said softly, petting Slyers head a bit which caused her to receive a glance from Edmund.
 
as aslan was looking down at his creation he had a feeling that something greater and powerful than the white whitch was coming to disturb the peacefulness of Narnia and he knew in his heart that his people would need him once again.

Lucy's face suddenly fell slightly as she looked down at the sand, "what is it Lu?" Edmund asked turning his gaze from Slayer to his younger sister as he noticed the sadness showing in her eyes. Lucy looked up at Edmund, "it's nothing..." she forced a smile despite what she was feeling on the inside and then quickly turned to Slayer, "so does that mean you'll be jioning are side? becuase if you it does then if it's alright with Peter you could share a room with me in our castle if you like" she asked, reaching down and petting the wolf on the head caitously as she didn't know what his reaction would be.
Edmund gave Lucy an uncertain look for he could since something was bothering his sister but he decided not to mention anything at the moment and instead only sighed and looked down at Slayer wondering what his reaction would be.

*Slayer spoke*"yes"*he flinched from Lucy's pet for he was not used to it he was used to being hit by Jadis's wand when he failed her or used to being smacked by Jadis*

Lucy's eyes softened as as realized Slayer flintched from her touch....she new he must have been cruely abused by the witch..."it's ok I'm not going to hurt you" she said softly as she catiously bent down and petted the wolfs back vary gently.
