The Newest Candidate For Pc: Captainjack!

Uh...guys...did anyone besides me see the whole 'you have to be a Brit to get an audition, much less the part' statement by ABright5. I mean, sorry to be the bastage realist (everyone calls us pessimists, but they can go chew on some artichoke hearts), but I'd really like to SEE some American get an equal shot at the part (as I'm one of the hopefuls). Even if I disagreed with some on personal philosophy, I'd hate to see all these cool persons built up and then knocked down to the ground when they're told 'Yeah, you'd be great for the role, but there's something about you that you can't change and that shouldn't have an effect on your chances, if you can portray the character perfectly, but we don't like it, so sorry kid, but get outta here and go home.'. Dreamin is great, but a glorious reality is better. Anyone here got any serious solutions to this problem (if it in fact does exist), in order to give the hopefuls who AREN'T BRITISH a fair shot at breaking into the biz. I'm throwing away my pride, so come on let's seriously help these guys!! I read the list of suggestions, but they wouldn't help if your aspirations were already killed in the crib/cradle. Oh and BTW, when I use cap locks, I'm not yelling, I'm emphasizing. Just to make that clear, before I offend anyone.

See ya on the flipside,

I have to admit, CJS does look like what I imagined Caspian to look like. shame about being american, huh?!

I think CaptJack is an actor...there's that picture there from his school play, so he could probably improvise an English :D accent very well.

Yeah! After watching the HP movies hundreds of times, I'm pretty sure I could forge an accent...

start practicing! watch Narnia and HP over and over and over and over again...
*still waiting for my 8 year old cousin to give me back my GOF DVD...*

sometimes I just walk around the house reciting some line from Narnia..
and I got my cousin to start saying a few phrases in an English accent. its quite fun

Yeah, my brother shunned me away for a week cause he heard me saying one of Edmund's lines....

He may be on vacation or out of town temporarily, although I'm gonna look through the other thread to see if he mentioned that anywhere.

Hey, uh...why'd you post up a pic of my bro?

EDIT: Nevermind, it got deleted.

Did I do that? I thought the pic I posted was the one of the three of you guys and the waitress in the background??
