But the movie DIDNT leave out the Deeper Magic (tho I have to agree on the Skandar Keynes part ;) :D ). Dont u remember that Aslan himself explained to Lucy and Susan after the stone table cracked, that there is a deep magic that the white witch does not understand?
and also, while looking out at Cair Paravel, Aslan told Peter tha tthere is a deep magic that bonds us all, that chooses our destinies.
So.....the screenwriters didnt lleave out the deep magic in my opinion....tho they did leave out Giant RummbleMuffin! :(

They didn't leave out the "Deep Magic" but the "Deeper magic which the witch did not know" was left out. (It's Giant Rumblebuffin, by the way?)

you know what its not the easiest thing to make a majior motion picture. and expecially when you have a beloved book behind you...your taking big risks, cuz everyone knows the book and loves it. so how can you please them? they pleased me...no it wasnt exactly like the book, and if it was exactly like it..there would be no fun in seeing it.

i changed it to "Strong Dislikers of the Film". It was a good artistic film, just not the Narnia I know. And I know some ppl who agree with me.

I agree with you! Good film, I liked it. But not the magical Narnia I had come to know and love, and hoped the film would show that. :( I mean, it was so much hollywood and so little Narnia.

yeah it was Narnia with a touch of hollywood. At least it wasn't holly wood with a touch of narnia!
I was soo scared that it would be a big flop because Narnia was once my favorite book series! BUT THEN IT TURNED OUT GREAT!!!

Havent seen it yet but in my opinion om not going to waste what 3 hours of my time to see a movie of a big monkey, i dont even like monkey animals lol j/k I'll probably see it one of these days whats King Kong about anyways?
Well im glad i enjoyed LWW.

Hey I LOVED King Kong!!!

Well you're more likely to get an "oh narnia totally sucked!" on a King Kong forum than a Narnia forum because of the fact that the Lion tamed the Ape at the box office this christmas when everybody thought the 10,000 pound gorilla was going to crush the lion!

Way to go aslan!
