Have you checked out Skandar.net? Oh my gosh they have a pic of him with braces - too cute! And Lord have mercy, he's wearing red (my fave color)! :cool:

That's one cool teenager....with Georgie quickly coming up right behind him.

That clip from "Ferrari" was funny when he ran over to his family (?) and the old guy was yelling at him, then the young Ferrari (Skandie) said something and the old guy said, "SHUT UP!"

no i wouldn't consider myself a passerthrougher cuz ive been here since December 2005 and i started admiring Skandar in late Jan2006 and ive been here since posting random stuff hahha omg i remember last summer wen i found out skandar went to Lebanon and i started to wonder if he could belly dance cuz u kno shakira is also of lebanese descent and she can belly dance and well guys can belly dance too soo.... yea and then sum girl posted a pic of him as a belly dancer it was actually really funny but kind of disturbing HAHAAHHA


and ive pretty much have seen every skandar website possible i was obsessed with him for a little bit
 
Wow, that's freaky that you mentioned that, because I was thinking the same thing last night. I too am into bellydance, and I was wondering if Skandie's ever tried it - oh yes, there are male dancers too.

And now that I know he's of some Turkish descent as well, my new inside/personal phrase for him is "Skandar IS Turkish delight!" :D

It also rocked my world to know that he's the great, great, great (or something) grandson of Charles Darwin! That's wicked!:cool:

i remember wen me and my friend found he was the great great great...(?) grandson of Charles Darwin we started like omging nonstop we thought it was so cool cuz thats wen we started learning about evolution in class and it was so weird. but i gotta say thats pretty ill.
 
I read in an interview that he's 1/8 Turkish and Lebanese. And also 1/8 of some other mid-Eastern blood.

Oh come on, I'd pay good money to see him swinging a cane around in a shiek outfit! :D

Gosh, where's Photoshop when you need it?!? :D

Just curious - which hairstyle do you prefer on him...more hair or less (like in the movie)? He's lovely no matter what, but I prefer more hair because it makes him look older. The below shot was taken during Caspian filming and he looks almost the same as he did in LWW (it's the short hair, I think).

I completely agree. I prefer the longer/shaggy hair> it definatly makes him look older.


ok now i swear to G-d that last week when i checked skandars profile on imdb.com that it said he was 5'6 1/2" now it says hes 5'11"!!!!

I prefer shorter hair. The pic you have there was on Skandar's personal site long ago and was NOT from the Caspian filming. I've seen the pics and Comic Con footage and he's grown up a ton since then. He's only an inch shorter than Will and just bigger all around. His hair is a bit fluffier in PC. But the pic you have there is from the filming of LWW. I saw that pic last year though...it's not from PC filming, sorry.

yea i was just about to say i saw that picture on his website last year. But i cant beleive he grew so much! Its going ot be so weird seeing him all tall and different.

I know, it's going to be AWESOME seeing him more grown up in "Caspian". Gosh, they really need to move up the release date, I'm dying over here!:eek:

I'm 5'2 1/2" so in heals im around 5'6" hahahha id be like right at his shoulders....omg i cant wait till the movie comes out i am like super excited right now!!!! i am dying here AHHHHHH!!!!! omg i saw LWW with my bff and she kept pretending to be mr tumnus the whole time liek every 5 seconds she made horns on her head int he packed theatre we were cracking up hahahaha ppl were staring at us and shhhing us it was soooo funny and then this rly hot guy turned around and looked at us weirdly omg i will nvr forget that day!

Nothing beats watching movies at theatres!:D How funny. Hey, at least you got a cute guy to look at you! Did she do the Scottish accent?

I have a feeling the Caspian movie will be like the Order of the Phoenix for me, where I see so much stuff online that, by the time I reach the theatre, I will have already seen half of it! :cool:

Yea i agree... movie theatrea are wayyy better! and omg then like near the endish part of the movie sum random guy sits 2 seats away from us and starts eatign a really good smelling sandwich omg we were dying!!!! and OMG!!! there was this lady behing us who seriously had a laughing problem...she laughed at everything she even laughed when someone died and she had a weird laugh too its wasn't liek hahaha its was like eehahyavaaajajvja!!!!

Are you sending Skandie anything for his Sweet 16? I'm not big on the whole celeb present thing, mainly because I figure that they either already have it, or they'll get a million things anyway from everyone else. I hope that doesn't sound selfish of me (because I'm def not), and I'm glad that celebs get spoiled by fans (as long as it doesn't go too much to their heads), but you still want a gift from you to stand out and be really liked, you know what I mean?

I'll most likely have some cake on his behalf and wish him a blessed Sweet 16. Sweet 16 and never been kissed........hmmmmmmm, I wonder if that's true of our dear Skandie. Doubt it.:rolleyes:

My movie theatre encounters are always interesting....:D

I dont think im going to send him anything just because of ur same reasons...i mean it would be nice if i sent something but idk i just dont think i will (in a non selfish way)

and i doubt he's never been kissed...i think he said somewhere that he broke up with a girlfriend or something.
 
LOL...with all the fan girls chasing him around England...who knows. I hope he will have a good birthday though. It may be bitter sweet with the ending of the Narnia filming and the knowledge that Will and Anna aren't coming back. I'm sure that will be hard on him and Georgie. At least they'll have some time at home though. Filming for VDT starts end of January/early February....he's gonna be busy.

IntoWardrobe - It will probably be sad leaving Will and Anna, especially Will, but I'm sure they'll meet up again, if just to hang out together. They're all too close to just simply stop seeing each other. But I know what you're saying, ITW...it will still be hard on the set. I'm glad that he and Georgie will still be together; I think they've got good chemistry, like an older brother to a younger sister.

I love the part in the commentary where Edmund's in the queen's castle and he's about to sit on the queen's throne, and Georgie's talking about how sad she was when they had to split up to film separately; she goes, "I said, "I miss Skandar!!'" Then when she also talks about separating from Williams she said again, "I miss Skandar...and William!" I laughed so hard the first time I heard that, because I didn't know if she was going to say Will's name too! I could just see her: "And when Will went away, I was like, "I miss Skandar!" Hehehe....I'm terrible, I know.:p
