Edmund came into the room " Girls super is ready," he told them

Eil put down her drawing and waited for the others to make their move to the dining room.

"Thanks Uncle Edmund!" Ross said, smiling. As soon as he left, Ross turned to the others. "Are we going to tell the adults about Narnia?"

" yeah, when it's the right time," she told him.

"Well, the right time is kind of a broad defenition. Are we going to tell them before or after we actually go?"

 

[Radiant Susan]

Eil replied, "How about before we go?"

"If we say something before we go, they might say we can't go. Worst case scenario. Or, they might insist they come with us. That might not be so bad, but I want to develop my own opinions of Narnia before we bring them along."

Eil relented and asked, "Ok then how about after we go?"

"That sounds good. We can take them with us then too."

"That is if they want to go," she replied.

Ross shrugged. "Why wouldn't they want to? Their faces light up every time they talk about it."

Eil shrugged back and said, "I don't know. We'll tell them when we get back and ask if they'd like to come with us."

After awhile, she called, "Break!" laughing and sliding off her horse. She breathed heavily for a few minutes. "That was great fun! Oh by the way, I'm Massie, but please call me Scout." Her blue eyes were still sparkling from the excitement of sword fighting.
