Thoughts on the teaser poster

if you think about it this is one of the aspects of Narnia we've been waiting for the most. I liken it to all the teaser commercials and posters for the new Star Trek film. We got very little in terms of the Enterprise in those ( except for a blurry image of the ship on posters and then just a glimps of her hull in the trailer) only to get our first real taste of the ship, in all it's glory as Captain Kirk and Dr. McCoy see it in Spacedock. It's funny, but I kind of want that same excitment for the Dawn Treader that I got in seeing the Enterprise again ( or is it the first time? It was a reboot afterall) in the new Star Trek, or even the RMS Titanic in the 1997 film.
Right, I like that feel.
It's simple, but beautiful. The ship in Aslan's eye is very cool ;)

I absolutely love it!
Welcome, Daughter. I didn't see you post before! :)

I like it a lot. I love the direction they're going with the advertising so far. It seems to be very character focused but mostly Aslan focused. Very good sign overall. I know there are complaints about not having a good view of the ship but that doesn't bother me. The book/ movie is called Voyage of The Dawn Treader, but to me the ship is not the central part of the story. It's about the journey and the characters who are on said Journey. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there like whole chapters where they aren't even on the ship? The Dawn Treader itself is a glorious piece of work but I don't want to see a movie of just the Dawn Treader floating around and the people on board doing pretty much nothing. Can't wait to see it on the water though. It's gonna look awesome in the movie!!!! :D

I love it, It's very aesthetically pleasing. I also love how the Dawn Treader is reflected in Aslan's eye and the tagline is epic; "Return to the Magic, Return to Hope, Return to Narnia.." :)
