3) Friends. I've had this huge longing for friends, and a social life, but my parents aren't that social so I don't know too many people.. Seeing people with 500+ friends on FB makes me mad that I barely have 3 in real life (50 FB friends).. My friends are starting to drift away, and I don't want to be a geeky homeschooler who sits in front of his computer and schoolwork all day by himself.. I NEED PEOPLE in my life!

1. Haha... I have seventy-eight friends on FB and I've been on for over a year. I don't know what people do with hundreds of friends, anyway... I'd rather have a few really close friends than a bunch of fair-weather friends. You also have to realize that a lot of these people with abundances of friends go to public schools or are in college, where "friends" grow on trees. Facebook friends aren't necessarily real friends -- quite frequently they're acquaintances or colleagues.
2. My grandpa... who's dying. :(

I have a lot of friends on Facebook, because of the very fact that I go to college LoL. I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather who is dying. I remember when my grandfather died. It was such a huge emotional upheaval for me, because he was one of the first to go in my family. Plus I was a teenager when it happened, and that is one of the toughest times growing up ever.

1) Facebook-because of the discussion about it on this thread.. I have 122 friends on Facebook, and a lot of them are people from church that I just friended randomly even though I have never spoken to them in my life but maybe once.... A lot of them are family, and then there are the few that are actual friends of mine (besides my family)... 13 or 14 in all are people besides family that I am friends with.... :p

2) Mom wants a quote for a card for my cousins, whose birthdays are soon, and who are going back to CO for college... :rolleyes:

1. I have 92 friends on facebook and I've been on there for like three years. I don't even know how I got that many people. I have, literally, four close friends in real life though and one of them I'm drifting away from....:(

1. While everyone is talking about amount of Facebook friends...I have been there three years and have 540 friends there. I'm not even sure how I got them all...
2. Wouldn't recommend adding me on Facebook unless you REALLY want to, though...I'm very opinionated--I have some very unpopular opinions, too...--and I don't keep my mouth shut about almost anything. Also, I post CONSTANTLY and sometimes it gets out of hand.

1) Books-My cousin and I were talking about books, and he has read a lot more books than I thought he had. We were talking about everything from Roald Dahl to 1984... We stayed on the subject of depressing books such as 1984 and stuff like that.... And I am really depressed now. But I just got really happy because I bought the LOTR books on my Kindle, and I got Ivanhoe for free on my kindle and stuff like that, so I am really happy... :) I hope its the full thing...

2) The Olympics!! :D

3) I need to pack for our vacation that we are going on for a few days this week starting tomorrow..

2. I hope we get to swimming with again today!

Textbooks are so expensive!! =/
I'm finally getting my bedroom under control (as in clean). It feels good.
I'm excited for fall! I love summer, but I'm ready for a new start...

1. Yup!! She's amazing!!
2. Almost done reading One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
3. I hope to see the movie soon, and I hope it does the book justice....I mean, Jack Nicholson is amazing, so I'll like it either way, but I'll like it better if it does the book justice.

1. It's a very good book, and the movie DOES do it justice. Randall McMurphy is probably one of my favourite characters EVER, and Nicholson does a great job, as usual.
2. GUESS WHO'S SEEING THE WHO IN NOVEMBER?

Tell me about it! I'm so glad that we get loans from the government to pay for textbooks. I'm excited for fall too, because it will be the continuation of my education and going after what I want in life. That being said three things on my mind are:

1.Vermeer
2.Girl With A Pearl Earring
3.The Shore.
