Trailer question

Hey all, got a question too ask and it's a random one... Mods, I couldn't find any other place for this so move it to wherever you like if that is your wish. :)

Ok, I just saw the 9 minute trailer, makes me want to see the movie again and get the soundtrack... but I'm too strung on money at the moment. When I saw the movie I didn't pay much attention to the music, but it's amazing music...

I was hoping if anyone knew of any soundclip samples (if it be legal, whole songs) or even just a soundclip of the trailer (The presentation in it was great). Thanks for any help!

Ok, another question...

I thought of possibly putting the 9 minute trailer on my PDA for the fun of it... I have the space on it for it, but the Windows Media Player on it cannot play .mov files, which is the only one I could find to download of it.

Anyone know of a direct download link to the 9 minute trailer (.mpeg or .mpg hopefully)? All I could find was the stupid QuickTime one. :(

Or even anyone know of a program that can rip streaming video/audio? Thanks for any help again. :)

If you go on the Disney. co .uk Narnia site, then you can watch the 10 min trailer there and it plays on Windows Media.

If you buy the soundtrack, one of the songs is the trailer music.

If you want...maybe next time your online I could try sending you the files of the songs from the soundtrack. I have the CD, but it stays in my car so I put the songs onto the computer to listen to at home. I would say email me but my email isn't working right now, maybe send me a PM or instant message me and I could try sending them to you that way. If you have AIM that is...I don't know who all has it and Yahoo is being stupid right now too. But if you have AIM and want to try it that way my screenname is MorningPhoenix06. That's if you want to try receiving the song files. ;)

Sure, I'd love the songs Wugurl :D Thanks for the offer! The only problem is, though... is it legal? I wouldn't be doing anything besides personal listening, just want to know the risks before doing so.

Thanks again and I'll shoot you a PM later when I'm on again... just popping on quickly. :)

It's fine to send files...the only thing I've learned is make sure you trust the person sending them. My last computer got messed up because of a virus and there was no way to fix it :( But, yeah, it's legal, it's not like your downloading them from some program where millions of people can share the downloads. Me and my friends send files to each other all the time. It's how I got most the songs I have on my computer. I gave up on LimeWire and stuff like that but my friend still has it so she provides me with songs ;) But anyways...I'm sure there is a way to get the files to you. Just let me know when ya want 'em!

I thought I had heard that one song on the Van Helsing sdtk....

I wonder why trailers use music that is not actually in the movie? I remember that Master and Commander's trailer featured music from Gladiator.

I know what you mean...I saw a trailer for Alexander and it had Pirates of the Caribbean music on it....so did a trailer I saw for Legend of Zorro....I will never understand why they do that...

ROFL they deleted the aslan being hot topic xD

I pmed you anna, and I'll be on AIM later Wu... my AIM's KirbyRockz1000. Thanks again :)

I'm also pretty sure that those "unknowns" are parts from Valor Quest as well. Well I'm almost positive at least one of them is.

I know my X-Ray Dog, believe me. I have one full CD, and 45 tracks from other CDs :)
