Maylin hugged herself because of the cold air that early morning....with her bag hanging on one shoulder, but she glanced back from the corner of her eye, without any reason in particular, just to look.
She continued foward but smiled when she knew that Akira was a little behind her, she slowed down just a bit not wanting to be very obvious with just going and saying 'hi'....

Akira noticed she had slowed down. It was a typical fan girl truick but usually the girls made it more obvious by stopping all together. He would usually walk the other way, just for a laugh but this was different. He caught up with her with no effort at all. "Hey........" he said putting his hands in his jacket pockets.
