Mara laughed, she knew she couldn't push him away even if she tried, he was just to big. "Not...fair," she said as she laughed.

He stopped but didn't move, "And why not?" he chalanged

"You're bigger than me," Mara said simple. She knew it wasn't a very good reasion, but looking up into his eyes she couldn't think of anything else.

"ah come on wolfy," he said teasing. suddenlyhe elbow buckled and he fell inches away from her.

Mara stopped breathing as she looked up at him. He was close, very very close.

he blinked adn smiled, "What?" her expression had changed.

"Nothing," Mara said, she could feel her face start to turn red.

"then why are you blushing?" Rez knew alot but one thing he had never had the chance to get to know were girls. he had stayed away from friendships let alone relationships.

"Because your just so hot," Mara said rolling her eyes.

"Am I now," he laughed then grabbed her hand and pressed it against his forhead, "Doctor I think I have a feaver," he siad with pretend worry on his face. he hadn't moved any farther away as he teased.

Mara laughed, she pulled her hand away, "a very high feaver," she teased.

he suddenly rolled off the couch onto the floor accidentally pulling her on top of him, "I'm dieing," he wheezed with a smile.

"And what will heal you? A push into the ocean?" Mara teased.

he laughed, "oh no don't want you to die on me," then he got seriouse, "I have a question," he paused to see if she would mind

"Ok," Mara said, looking down at him.

he pushed her hair out of her face and behind her ear, "Does your heart still beet?"

"Yes," Mara said quietly. She was suprised he couldn't hear it.

he set his hand over it and closed his eyes. there it was. he had heard it correctly. then why was she so cold?

"What are you doing?" Mara asked, she figured he was listening to her heart, but she wanted to be sure.

"youre heart....just listening," then his eys popped open and he jerked his hand away, "I'm making you uncomfortable...I'm sorry," he lifted her up and set her back on the couch. he grabbed a few emty dishes and took htem inot the kitchen. he wanted to kick himself.
