Weird Facts About Yourself

I cannot pronouce a proper Polish R, but I can easily pronounce an English one. They say it differently here. What I have it known as a French R, because I trill it, like I'd be speaking Spanish (that sounded illogical, French that sounds Spanish). I also have trouble in pronouncing a Polish CH (hyh). And people sometimes laugh at that.

I have trouble pronouncing my Chinese name in both Cantonese and Mandarin. It's awfully embarrasing and "what's your name" is one of the questions I dread the most. However, I absolutely love my name because it is really pretty. :)

(That's the problem with growing up in two places, I've got a slight Mandarin accent to my Cantonese and a slight Cantonese accent to my Mandarin. I am fluent in both, but I just can't say my name right! Argh!!!)
 
I think Creme Eggs are the best thing since sliced bread.

I've listened to Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns album pretty much everyday since I bought it two weeks ago.
 
I am a FEMA-trained credentialed responder. Five times I've saved a life, one of them my own mother.

In my animal rescue work I've been bitten by a mountain lion, doberman pinscher, ferret, otter, lynx, cow, snake, rat and tiger. Never seriously enough to require hospitalization, but still... Of them all, the dog inflicted the worst injury.

Yah, and when you put in a "title", it's for the title of your post, not a new thread. Besides, there's probably an existing ice cream thread somewhere in Dufferland. ;)

I don't like doing homework in my room if it's messy. I almost can't do homework if my desk is cluttered, and I don't know why!!!

I could care less whether my room or desk is messy when I do homework. *looks at pile of books, tissues, junk, stereos, dishes and pop-tarts scattered around on her desk* hmm... hey its not my fault my dad messed up my stuff when he put my computer in!:p

hahaha, your way is probably better.:D


I made my Christmas list today and it is consistant of 16 books and 16 Voyage of the Dawn Treader tickets.:p
 
I'm very OCD about making my bed. My room may be a total disaster, but I want my bed to be made and to be made WELL! If it wasn't for my fluffy comforter, I could do the whole army, flipping a quarter, and it bounce thing :p

I also like the sound of walking or driving on gravel roads.

I get extremely violent hiccups! They will make my whole body shake, they're loud, and they last forever :p

I hate chipped fingernail polish. It's very distracting ... on me or anyone else. Hahaha

I'm kinda like that too, lol.

Mozart-yeah, it's weird. Right now my room is in a complete mess, but i have a feeling that before I do homework tomorrow, it'll be pretty spotless. :p
 
One of my favorite foods is raw, uncooked, noodles. I would eat them daily if I could away with it.

I automatically cover my ears whenever it begins to rain while I'm outside. I hate having water in my ears because they're so prone to infection so I'm always afraid that rain water will get in my ears if I don't cover them right away.
 
I feel sleepy when it rains and I always feel drawn to stand outside in the rain...I don't know why but I just feel like standing outside grinning stupidly in the rain...lol
