In case anyone hasn't figured it out, those are spam "members", created by webbots that try to set up accounts so that they can post advertisements (and worse). That's part of the reason we have a multiple-hoops enrollment process (which sometimes hiccups): to prevent those "members" from becoming legit enough to start posting.

But that brings me to another question, how big are these bot members? Cause I like giant bots like Transformers kinda style.
