What is your favorite part in the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe?

Ammmm....just think() and you got the answer!

----------------------
My favorite part is where the battles took place...lolz.

I love it when Aslan comes back to life. When i first watched LWW i was crying with my sibs when Aslan died, but suddenly we saw him appear, and we were all squealing with joy.:)

Peter, on his horse, facing the White Witch's army, dressed for battle, and we're still not sure if he's a boy or a king, the music is suspenseful, and the centaur says "Numbers do not win a battle, Peter Pevensie." Peter says "No, but I bet they help." The armies close in, the music stops except for a heartbeat percussion thumping and we see Peter charging forward, his decision made: He is a king, just as Aslan meant him to be.

I don't know why,but i like the part where Edmund gets stabbed.
Seriously,i'm not so evil!
I like that moment, and i also like that Lucy saves him.

Me too--and Edmund's my favorite character, so I'm not holding any grudges against him. (I also like that scene in the Witch's dungeon.) Other than those, I like the coronation and the hide-and-seek scene.

Hm...I have a lot of favorite scenes. When the girls first see Aslan after his resurrection, and when Peter's map turns into the real thing with the gryphon soaring over it, and when the kids get crowned Kings and Queens of Narnia, and...lots of other parts.

I didn't like the part when the fox drops in and says, "Ree-lax, I'm one of the good guys." It sounded a bit out of place.:o

I wonder where they got that 'crunch' sound effect.
Actually, I heard somewhere that the kid who played Edmund liked that scene, too.

I like the part where they first come into Narnia and have this look of astonishment on their faces (except for Lucy of course). I also like the part ,as mentioned by Greensawmill, when they are facing the White Witch's army. And last but certainly not least is when they all get crowned Kings and Queens of Narnia. :D

Am I completely off my rocker, or did one of the original trailers for LWW show an extended scene of the crowning of the Kings and Queens? I have this image in my head that is more extensive than is in my DVD version at home. I love the scene in my head much better than the one on screen (and maybe this memory is like Dumbo seeing the pink elephants dancing in tu-tus, a complete hallucination haha )

Greensawmill, you are not going crazy, at least not on thos issue :p The filmmakers cut out a lot of the ceremony scenes after the coronation.

I'm not sure if this goes for Ed, but for the battle scene I heard they crush melons and other fruit for the sound effects;)

My favorite part in the movie was probably the battle scene (great music). As for the book, I'd say after the ressurection of Aslan where they played chase..

Aslan's death and ressurection, the battle and the waterfall scene.:D the coronation is nice too.:D
and when Lucy first enters Narnia and sees the Lamppost and then meets Mr. Tumnus. I love the look on her face when she first enters Narnia.:D

That is my favorite part as well amdd97. I also love the part when Lucy and Susan are laying down next to Aslans body, they hear the crack of the Stone Table and see Aslan standing before them. It is such a sad and heartfelt moment and they did both parts(Lucy walking into the wardrobe) and the resurrection scenes well.
