I read the books too! But I also enjoy the tv series and Disney adaptation of "LHOTP." Both girls picked to play Laura were terrific as her. I really couldn't get into "Beyond the Prairie" because imo none of the actors/actresses were right for the roles.

Ben-Hur yesterday. It's a very good movie.

And last week I watched Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street for the second time. I love Toby when he sings. :)

:D I missed the start of the race; and I would watch it, but have a ton of other things to do before 5 today.

Looney Tunes this morning; I discovered that they're showing it at 8 a.m. pretty much every day except Saturday. :D
 
Katy, it's too bad that Andrew Adamson _despised_ Peter as much as you love Peter. I expect that if you had been directing the Caspian movie, you _wouldn't_ have grabbed every opportunity to make Peter look like a dweeb, such as by having him both _start_ a fistfight and _lose_ it.
