Where is the Pirates Thread?

Pirates was one of the huge threads causing the server to bog down.

It has been temporarily relocated to the Cair Paravel Library, but will re-open with only the last few pages intact, so you may continue the story.

The bulk of the back story will remain in the archives.

Ahhh!!! Several days with no pirates??? *eye twitch* *and again* *and a full-out shudder* Well, as sad as I am, if it will help TDL run better, I suppose it's necessary... But there's no way to somehow save it all? It'd be rather unfortunate to lose even a couple of posts out of it... I mean, some of us have been pirates nearly our whole time here on TDL.. Is there anywhere it could be archived so that we didn't have to lose anything?

Days? You mean it's going to take DAYS to get it back up? I don't think I can live. Couldn't we open a temporary replacement thread so that we can continue while ya'll fix it? It is awfully sad we'll lose posts, but I guess it's for the better of the whole forum.
