In the Chronicles of Narnia, the White Stag is fabled to grant wishes to whoever catches him. There is a Scottish dance called The White Stag of Arran and, according to local tradition, a white stag is said to appear near Brodick Castle when one of the Hamilton chiefs dies to herald him to the other side.

"Aye!" Fish cheered as the image of a nice hunk of stag meat, grilled to the perfect medium, flashed in her mind... "Now jest where in Scotland was it last seen?"

"Arrr, matey, why would ye want venison jerky when the stag can be grantin' yer wish fer all the apples ye could ever want??" Machia wiped the drool away from his mouth.. "Gar, s'cuse me.." :D
 
Fish shook her head. "Ye all are crazy... Aye, well, in any case, catchin' the White Stag would be a pity... It's the fun o' the chase... But then, when do we pirates ever do anythin' fer nothin'? So, what say ye we head back home fer awhile?"

Twilight and Machia nodded their agreement, and the Black Spot slowly disappeared into the distance...
