Mods, if this is a touchy topic, please delete it.

Who here is fed up with all of the advertisement threads going everywhere? I just checked the list of those that had come online today and saw three banned people. And even now, there's an ad thread in the Tea with Mr. Tumnus setion.

This is a narnia forum...not a billboard!

Yeah, it's a problem, but, there's not much that can be done about it. They aren't paying attention to the rules when they register, so, the only thing we can do is ban them.
 
I just let the gaurds know about them, then watch them get pwnt.

I hate spammers with a passion.

aha yeah...if I was a mod I'd ban ALL the spammers, without warning :D bwaaahaaa! only kidding :D but it is a bit annoying...I don't like spammers much either...
 
Personally...

Personally I permabanned over 180 such people. I check the forum several times a day for such smut and deal with it at once.

There is nothing more we can do but shoot them down as they come up.

Therefore I am going to lock this thread and run off merrily to scalp some bad guys.
