Same with mine..The Indonesian version one..

She also called Queen Susan The Gentle (Ratu Susan si Lembut Hati in Indonesian)

I'll try to find the English version....

As everyone is giving their ones, I'll too. First, my English edition:

A 2002 Grafton version:
And Susan grew into a tall and gracious with black hair that fell almost to her feet and the kings of countries beyond the sea began to send ambassadors asking for her hand in marriage. And she was called Susan the Gentle.

A 2005 film edition Dutch version:
En Susan groeide op tot een mooie, slanke vrouw met gitzwart haar dat bijna tot op haar enkels neergolfde. De koningen van de landen aan de andere kant van de zee begonnen hun ambassadeurs te sturen om haar ten huwelijk te vragen. En zij werd Susan de Goede genoemd.

Well, a simple lesson Dutch. En zij werd means and she was. Genoemd means called and Susan de Goede means literaly Susan the Good, but Gentle would also do well. So no Queen in my Dutch translation.

This is also something that I never picked up on, but on going back and checking my books one of my copies only has "susan the gentle", but my in my other copy, which has been published by Harper Collins and claims to be the original novels (as it contains all 7 chronicles), has "and she was called Queen Susan the Gentle". So I don't know why it has been omitted in other versions, which is something I am very curious about!
