Will Poulter Cast as Eustace

I don't know..... he looks like.... a not Eustace, if that makes any sense. :p I'm sure he'll do fine, he looks annoying enough, but theres just something about him that doesn't seem Eustacy...
But then again, Eustace isn't one of my favorite characters, so it doesn't make THAT much difference to me... :p
 
I think he absolutely looks like Eustace! I love this selection! Go Michael Apted!

aw man! i'm bummed out! I was hoping that Scrubb would be this other kid, Josh Williams, i read that he was in the top ten for the part...

no offense, but this new kid looks a bit much like the BBC kid...and he looks annoying, which is good, because thats the character... :( but i just don't think that he looks like an Eustace...and put him next to Caspian, there's gonna be a major clash. Ben Barnes is so much older, and this kid looks so young! but hey, maybe i'll be eating my own words when the movie comes out, becasue he will be perfect! who knows? :)

If that's what he looks like, then he looks just like Eustace should, in my opinion! Of course, its the actor that makes the difference, but it's an excellent start.
 
He looks like he could loose in a fight with Skander and Georgie ( if Georgie were to fight him. She seems to sweet to do that.)
 
I think he's perfect!! I want to see "Son of Rambow" soooo bad, but it's not playing in theaters near me. If I do catch it, I'll definatly be watching Will and how he acts.
 
I think he looks like he would be good, but I always imagine him looking a little more like Edmund (i.e. darker hair). But that's one more point for Michael Apted! :D

personally I really liked BBC Eustace. I think he was the best cast out of everyone. The books also say that Eustace is supposed to be Lucy's age so naturally he would be much younger than Caspian. I think this kid really looks the part I just hope he can be the part. Eustace (other than Edmund) is my fave character and I really hope they don't botch him

yea he does look a lot like Eustace!!!! Finally they have someone my age. Everyone's always been older or younger, but it's cool to have someone in the castwho's exactly my age.

He looks like a complete creep, which in this case is a good thing. :) I just imagined Eustace with black hair...
 
Haha. :) I did imagine him with darker hair, but you never know! I think he'll work out fine. :)
By the way, DaughterofRamandu, where did you get the middle picture of Skandar?

He looks like how I picture mean Eustace but not how I pictured nicer Eustace. If that makes any sense at all...

still, there are plenty worse people they could've had play him.

No, I think Michal Apted, who directed Amazing Grace is directing VDT.

Wow! I actually imagined Eustace w/ dark hair, but I think that Will P. will do a good job.
I'm really looking forward to VODT!!!!!!!!!!!!
