Josh walked into his bedroom. He looked into the crib and saw Sam playing with a rattle. He never felt so depressed and miserable as he did then. "I'm going to die....I never really thought about dying much before.....what will happen to Katie and the twins when I'm gone? Who will take care of them?"

Sam looked up "Dad..dy." he said.

Josh smiled and picked his son up. He didnt think much about his child saying his first word. He was too deep in thought for that. "Yeah, I'm daddy." he said.
 
Josh sighed. He didnt have the heart to tell Katie what was happening. "Katie, I'm going to go downstairs to get something to eat, is that alright with you."

" Josh I don't think that's really what you are doing come on tell me what's really going on," she told him, with a sigh " What ever it is I can take it," she told him.
 
Josh felt sick to his stomach...how could he tell Katie this? "Look...I just....I'm just tired." Quickly he left and shut the door behind him.
 
Josh took out a drink from the refridgerator...."I can't do this....I can't break her heart like that....I'll find a way to make things right....I must."

Elijah let go of her hands and let his arms drop to his side. "I have to go..now", he said back away slowly with a calm expression on his face.

"I'm not sure exactly when he came, cause I returned two weeks ago", replied Emyrs with a shrug. "And I'm his mentor.........it's a responsibility that Dr. Hank McCoy put on me."

Shiloh's eyes questioned. "Hank McCoy?....who's he? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions...I just haven't seen you in so long. I guess it takes awhile o catch up, huh?" She shifted her weight again and slid of the bed. Ruffling her already dried hair, she looked towards door, "Before you answer, would you want to go somewhere else and talk besides your room? I've been confined in an dark apartment for almost six months so being in a dark room isn't exactly...enjoyable."


ooc. Wow...this RPG has taken a bit of a twist.....someone's dying already!

Josh has been here since the beggining of the RPG, which started in July....I wouldnt say already....We have to finish this story because on Friday the Dawn Treader will shut down all RPGS!!!!

Hank smiled at Josh. "I have some good news for you."

"What?" Josh asked.

"Well dont get your hopes too high, but I think I've found someone who can take care of your problem."

Josh's heart lept when he heard that..."Really? Who?"

Hank smiled. "You'll see tommorrow. In the meantime, go visit your family."

Josh ran into Katie's room. "Katie, I have something to say!" he said happily. She wasnt in the room. Josh looked into the crib to see his twins.....but they werent there....instead there was a note with a message and a phone number...
"We have your twins.
Our child died because of you and
Katie.....so will yours.....unless you
can convince us otherwise"

Shiloh nodded, opened the door and stepped out. She walked past the hallway, down the stairs, and through the back door of the mansion. "Where to?" she asked.

ooc. Snap! I didn't read that thread about the RPG's! I'm sad now....I guess we do kind of have to wrap this up, hmm?
 
"Stay calm! I'll try to find a way to save them." Josh said running downstairs. He dialed the number he found at the end of the note.

Brad answered. "So you discover the missing kids finnally?"

"WHERE ARE THEY!??" Josh yelled in anger.

Brad laughed. "They are safe....for now."

"Please I'll do anything to keep them alive, just don't hurt them!"

"We'll see about that."

"I swear to God, if you EVEN-"

"Shut up Josh! SHUT UP!!! I don't care at all what happens to your babies, since its you and Katie who caused us to loose ours.....but I am willing to make a deal...."

"I'm listening." Josh said quickly.

"Get the Xjet, and fly to the location I give you."

"Okay."

"And come alone....If Katie or Sana, or Elijah or any of the other freaks come your children will-"

"ALRIGHT!!! I'll come alone. Now where do you want me to go?"
