Gloucester County, Virginia: Kids could win prize at ‘Narnia Night’

Children who read a classic book could win a prize at the Gloucester County Library. The book is “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” a children’s book by C.S. Lewis in the series titled The Chronicles of Narnia.

The stories relate the adventures of four siblings sent to live on the estate of a mysterious professor to escape the World War II bombing of London.

Two sessions, one Friday and one Saturday, of “Narnia Night” at the library are for children ages 9 to 12.

It will include games and crafts from the world of Narnia. Each starts at 6 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.

Children may register to participate by calling the library at 693-2998
