April Fools Jokes aside, we’ve recieved word from a promoter for the film, a Narnia Fan Spy, that the Extended Edition DVD release of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is slated for November of this year.
This would seem to follow the pattern of the Lord of the Rings releases, as November was the release of the Special Extended DVD Editions of the first two films, and December was the release of the third. We’re looking forward to this, as it could greatly improve the story as told on screen in this new version, even as great as it is.
