Answering NarniaLover24/7, they are going to the slave market to be sold, Lucy, Reepicheep, and Edmund are sold (but not Eustace, “No one would take him because of his miserable face!”)

Lau… “dungeon” is like a prison from a long time ago, and the word’s usually used today if it’s in a castle.
