Today the website omelete.com uploaded a new featurette about The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. This four and a half minute behind the scenes documentary features several new clips. All of the audio is in English, but there are Portuguese subtitles. The video contains some plot spoilers. The video is available on YouTube.com here.
Narnia.com recently added an interactive trailer. This is a version of the fourth trailer with character bios and short clips of film makers or actors talking about the movie. These clips are about twenty seconds long. Several of these clips were taken from the Brazilian Featurette. If you wish to view these clips individually, we have uploaded the individual clips to YouTube.
Once again I would like to thank @DanielJOfficial for updating me about this video. If you have a spy report or tip you would like to share with us, please use the contact us link in the top right corner of this page.
I just wanted to point out that this video shows that the Islands will be presented in a different order than in the book. I was fine with this change, but I just wanted to draw attention to this minor spoiler.
We all knew that from the soundtrack order… but thanks anyway.
If you really want to know spoilers read this: http://teacher.scholastic.com/scholasticnews/magazines/scope/pdfs/SCOPE-110810-DawnTreader.pdf
It is a script that scholastic adapted from the film’s actual script for use in classrooms. If you thought that the seven swords was a big change, you will see the real major change in the movie.
I’m not looking at this! I don’t think I or anyone would want a spoiler this big before they see the movie!!! you sure are tempting me though.
Wait? You mean there’s a bigger change than the seven swords that hasn’t been revealed yet?
Yup….It’ll be GREAT!!! Even more excited 🙂
It is not a movie for purists… but is cinematically gorgeous and makes a great film. Also not suitable for young children (far too intense). This is my encapsulated review
