Today the Austrailian Government has rated the Voyage of the Dawn Treader PG for “Mild violence and scary scenes”. They have also revealed that the film will have a duration of 112 minutes or one hour and fifty two minutes. The Austrailian Government’s film classification website’s page about The Voyage of the Dawn Treader can be found here. The British Board of Film Classification listed the film’s runtime on their website as 115 minutes and rated the film PG because it “contains moderate fantasy violence and scary scenes”. Last month NarniaFans.com reported that the Motion Picture Association of America rated the film PG “For some frightening images and sequences of fantasy action.” There have been some discrepancies between sources so the duration may not be entirely accurate. The version of the film I saw last week (read my comments about the film here) was 112 minutes long. […]
