The first season has episodes that show props from Mary PoppinsTronThe Nightmare Before ChristmasPirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black PearlHoney I Shrunk the KidsWho Framed Roger RabbitThe Muppet Movie, and finally The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

The episode about the Narnia props includes appearances from Weta’s Richard Taylor, director Andrew Adamson, Ginarrbrik actor Kiran Shah, Lucy actor Georgie Henley, Susan actor Anna Popplewell, Peter actor William Moseley, and creature designer Howard Berger. Skandar Keynes was not available when they filmed this documentary.

You’ll see some incredible costumes including many of the creatures and weapons from the movies. One that I noticed in the background of someone’s home display of creatures and costumes was the helm from the Dawn Treader, which holds a special place in my heart as I proposed right next to that while on the set.

Here’s a trailer for Prop Culture, now on Disney+:

Follow movie prop collector Dan Lanigan’s fantasy adventure to learn about the most memorable props and costumes from the world of Narnia. Watch Dan discuss armory and weapons with Sir Richard Taylor, see director Andrew Adamson step back into the wardrobe, and witness an emotional reunion with the Pevensie siblings and their most cherished artifacts from the film.
