Returning the Prince

"Good point. Keep your weapon at the ready. Eryn," *looks down at Eryn* "Tell the others to keep their weapons ready in case of ambush, but do it quietly, I don't want anyone to hear."
Eryn dispersed into the crowd and told them to have their weapons ready. She pulled her sword from it's scabbord; her hand grasping the copper pommel, tightly.

It's completely quiet among the troops. *looks to Thirrin* "I don't like the silence. That saying 'the calm before the storm' keeps rushing through my head."

Thirrin nodded and motioned over a spy. "I want you to keep a look out for any calormens ahed. Give the singnal if you see any." The spy nodded and went off.

Eryn gulped. She hoped there wasn't any Calormen soliders; she never really fought with others, before. She was kind of a lone ranger.

*Heard the gulp and turned to Eryn* "Don't worry, just keep your sword handy. In a battle, it can be your best friend. We're all protected as long as we stick together."

Hey, welcome back. Well, we have all left and are heading to Tashbaan where we suspect the prince may be held. A spy is sent out to watch for Calormen followers, and General Annabell and Thirrin suspect something will happen. That's the basic jist of it.

ooc: why, thank u!

ic: Aravis sat down where she was and started crying. She was so worried about her son, she could hardly bear it.

ooc: i guess i'm with u...?

Yup...:)

*Went to sit by Aravis* "Don't cry Your Majesty. We'll find Ram, I promise. But you'll need to eat to have strength when you pick him up agian, from what I hear he's a very strong boy." *handed her a plate of food.*

She sniffled slightly and took the plate and nibbled on a small piece of bread. "Thank you for all you have done."

"We'll find him, your majesty, you have my word." Thirrin said reassuringly.

Thirrin shook her head. "No, none yet, but I expect him to be back in a few minuets." She said. Just then running feet were heard ahead and the spy ran up to her. He bowed before he adressed Thirrin. "Princess Thirrin, there are Carlomen troops at the pass." The spy said. Thirrin frowned. "How many of them?" She asked. The spy thought for a moment then said. "Fifteen Hundred strong, my lady."

*Looked at the spy in disbelief, her worst fear had come true. She quickly snapped out of it.* "Everybody, awaken your limbs and your comrades, this is no time for rest. You!" She pointed to a random soldier. "Take the queen and hide somewhere safe, we will come looking for you when we're done here. Everybody else grab your weapons!" *To Thirrin as she grabbed her sword* "Prepare the troops, and ask for Aslan's guidance."
