Yes, it will be two books. The first book is named Brisingr, and I'm guessing it'll be anywhere from 700-850 pages. Not 900+.
The second book has no official name yet, and I'm not expecting one until at least after Brisingr comes out. My guess--which reflects the guess of a few other websites--is that Book IV will be named Shur'tugal.

I have a question..the dragon reflects the heart of his/her rider,right?So,if Murtagh becomes a good character,would Thorn become good,or stay bad,because Murtagh had turned evil when Thorn hatched for him?:confused:

That's a good question...it makes one wonder. I would say, yes, the dragon would become good...but thats just my opinion.
I cant wait to find out what happens to the last egg!!

roran should get the last egg, and i don't want murtagh to die because nasuada likes him:(

Actually its being called a cycle (not sure if there is a difference)
I would like either Roran or Arya to get an egg, But Arya will probably get it because she would need very little training. I wonder if Oromis dies in this one....
 
I've been thinking about that, and I'm saying that we'll have to wait until Book IV (I'm calling it Shur'tugal). Basically, it's because Glaedr is on the cover, and it'd be kind of bad for the cover-character to die in the same book.
