I know you will instantly spot some problems with the song. It's a really simplistic, overly-summarized view point of the whole situation (which I made a point of in my presentation). It villainizes wealthy CEO's (Sure some are to blame, but not all!!) and it talks about how NYC is living it up. Which is quite wrong. Unemployment is the highest everywhere since 1941
That looks pretty much like it. What I can do is identify some well-informed writers whom you can look up to see what they say: Thomas Sowell, Michelle Malkin, Star Parker, Dennis Prager and Michael Medved.
Are you talking about the automobile industry? I'm not an authority on those events, but one thing I do know is that the crushing burden of federal regulations made it hard for auto manufacturers to make a profit.
