Having The Crisis passed over with such little response must feel like tossing treasure chest down a dry, bottomless well with not even a splash to indicate it has even made contact. Sorry John -- you are a treasure, and your (and Joe's) amazing contributions should not be so ignored. Hopefully the other non-readers are like me -- saving up your novelette and the other fanfiction that has come out for a readathon day when they all can be enjoyed at once in a wave of Narniac creativity (I am holding out for 3/21).

So I was reading the stoopied qoutes page and being quite amused, and then my friend said "I liked (actual quote) "The bow of the ship is carved from apple wood...cut from apple trees." Apparently she heard that on Caspian's Dawn Treader walkthrough. (DVD Extra I assume?) Thought I would share it.

Hi again! I heard from the Lady Badger and thought I'd say that I could only hope to be able to get all of my chacters to be as full of.. well, character and to be able to portray them as you do. I did finish posting the last of my story, but have started another. I'd really appreciate it if you reviewed them But you don't have to - I know authors as busy as yourself probably need a moment off from reading amature work such as mine every once and again anyway.

I am so proud of my Badger's latest work! Excitement, unexpected, drama, wry humor, love of family and country, and deep spirituality in a style of prose that is elegantly poetic yet accessible to all. (How's THAT for a review, m'dearie?)

Character creation is extremely enjoyable. I would like to be an author when I graduate, so practicing writing right now is crucial I actally have this character Liz, who is in a book series I created that is a cursed Halfling wizard (half human half elf) whose parents have all but disappeared after her raisings by her aunt and close friend, Wizard Eramith. Her curse is simply that everytime she uses magic, her ability would weaken until at the end of the series she loses the last of it. She's a great leader and is a dragon rider - leading a rebellion against her cruel brother and his accompliss, the prince of Jenelia. but then of course, i could go into super long detail about everything. She's got lots of connections as well... but anyway - crafting characters is one of my favorite parts of a story.

Hey! I just finished posting the rest of my star wars story. Hope you'll finish. I'm still reading yours, but chores are contiunally interrupting. *sigh* But I can already tell I don't like this Pheadrus dude... faun... thing... much at all - there's just something... off.... about him or my gut has some kind of perception and can just sense a bad guy when it reads one. HEHEHEHEHE

I've seen the word "scotch" used as a verb to mean putting a stop to something; I had not seen it used for wounding.
