  • I work in a hotel. It's located in Domburg and the guests are mainly germans but there are also Belgians coming!! I love Belgie! Do you know the song by Het Goede Doel - Belgie? I loved that song :D But I think it's because my roots are mostly belgium.
You still have a while to think about your future. You are young and can always think about it ;)
That's cool! I remember I never used to have stress during my exams. Of course I was curious if I made it or not :D And what would you like to become?
I hope this finds you doing well. Do you have a moment to stop by and encourage Copperfox in the Prayer Requests thread: "Total Prayer Burnout"? Thanks and blessings! Songs
I haven't heard from you for awhile--Sien, is it? I would appreciate your prayers for me. This week I have lent a large amount of money to a distant family member who was in need. I know too well what bad feelings can be created between people by money problems; so please pray that ONLY GOOD will come of my making this loan. Thank you.
I have had some e-mail contact with "Danny Darnia." She's okay, but does not have the opportunity to come on TDL for the foreseeable future. She has asked me to tell you that she misses you especially.

Please also note my message on "Gone and Away."
Just got back from the doctor's office and the pharmacy. Two new prescriptions added--but as a military retiree, I get them for free. Merci, danke schoen and whatever else for your prayers.
Before I get off again, I'll ask you to pray in ALL your languages for me to be healed from this heart-threatening blood-pressure problem I have. Thanks.
Does your knowledge of Dutch mean you are one? The only Dutch citizen I ever spoke to in person was a man whom I met while I was in the U.S. Navy. He was a chaplain in the Dutch Navy, and he told me that on the side he was also a member of a Christian outreach organization called In Hem Verbunden.
To your "Merci beaucoup" I reply with the Russian word "Pozhalsta." Interestingly, exactly like the German word "Bitte," "Pozhalsta" can mean "Please" as well as "You're welcome." And yes, I can speak Russian, though I get far fewer chances to speak it than to read it. I am a professional Russian-to-English text translator. If you scroll through the International Forum, you will find a thread I created called "Peculiarities of the Russian Language," to assist anyone who might be interested in learning Russian.
