  • Lol oh how I mourn thee.

This is very true. It's a very reassuring thing sometimes in times of disrepair.
This is very true :D. It would suck if we had not.

This is very true. Although I miss the days when I had nothing important to do lol.

Yeah :D. Well get typing then! :p >.<

Thanks. Yeah I suppose. As my house mate says "There is always something worse". Cheery chap he is :D
Thank you for the kind words. Alipang Havens is not supposed to "be" me; it's ERIC Havens who "is" me. But Alipang is the strong, confident boy I wish I could have been.
As you continue, you will see both Alipang and Chilena growing more fully conscious of how much they both really do feel for each other. I hope you'll find the eventual resolution satisfying.
Thanks for starting! In case I never said this to you before: the personalities of the adoptive parents are based on my deceased first wife Mary and me. My Mary crossed over to Aslan's country before The Dancing Lawn even got started.

The character of Chilena was originally made up by none other than our own Gentle Voice. She first imagined Chilena as only a friend to Alipang, then decided she should be Alipang's adopted sister. The unusually intense attachment between these two siblings was also Gentle Voice's idea; but I went with it, and it became an occasion to study what CAN happen emotionally between same-age, opposite-sex adoptive siblings who KNOW they are not related by blood.
Wowah that was a long time ago :).

No I don't think any of us have the amount of time we used too. It's sad :(.

That's cool. I have read them all so far so it would be nice to be able to finish reading them :).

I have been well thanks. In uni now so that has taken over my life lol.
You will at least find that the tale of Alipang Havens contains a lot more than teenage cliques and locker-room rivalries.
Just so you know, the original "Alipang Havens" is a teenager-growing-up story, about a Filipino orphan boy who is adopted by an American family from Virginia.
Welcome back! I don't remember if you ever read my "Alipang Havens" story; but now it has a sequel in progress on the same thread.
