A Thread For LOTR Collectors

I just got the Eowyn Shadow Starter Deck. In it I got a random rare card of one of Nazgul. Plus the card of Eowyn looks great. So overall you could say I'm pretty happy. :)

Items I want to add to my list:

A Arwen Standee :D
At work there's an Eowyn standee rolling around among other odds and ends. I am planning on asking my supervisor for it. He'll probably says yes, but I keep forgetting. The problem is that she lost her sword and she falls off the base. Besides is dirty and scratched, but still looking good. If I get it, I'll take a picture of it and see if anyone want's it.

I am not a collector, but I have the books in paperback and CD.

Dang! I forgot my Frodo and the four hobbits standee! I have those. I know where you can buy an Eowyn and Arwen standee. I once sent my friend Susan an Aragorn standee and another friend a Four Hobbits Standee for their birthday (almost three years ago)
Those standees are pretty heavy but smaller than the description says.

I looked around the office for the Eowyn standee but it isn't there anymore :( Turns out, the kids who come to visit all the time dropped it to the floor and broke it into many pieces. They threw it all away. So yeah, no Eowyn standee anymore.

I'm expecting my package to arrive soon, it contains the Lord of the Rings TCG Return of the King Anthology. I ordered it because it contains some very rare cards of my favorite characters. :)

i really want one of the pieces of jewlry with the elven leaf on it. so pretty! :D

and, if i ever get engaged, some day, it would be awesome to get Galadriel's ring! *sorry random*;)

I would love to get one of elven broches myself. As for Gandalf's ring as an engagement ring, your future hubby is very lucky, not only to have LOTR fan for wife, but also to not have to spend so much on diamond ring. :D

Lol right.. sorry.. hahahaha. Well still I imagine Galadriel's ring is cheaper, unless you want a custom dimaond ring forged just like Galadriel's ring which in that case your future hubby better have a lot of extra cash. :D

nah. it doesnt need to be real. i want to be a missionary full time some day. i would prefer to use such large amounts of money for other things (besides, i lose/break jewlry to easily)

Then you future hubby is very lucky indeed, not only because thou art a LOTR fan or because thou dost not desire great riches, but because thou seeketh to serve God and help those who are less fortunate. :)

Sorry for going all old english on you. :D

I have just met the White Wizard. Now I know two Hobbits and a wizard. Together we almost make up the fellowship, now if we could only find an elf, a dwarf, one more knight, and two more hobbits we would be in business. :D
