we duz not knowz why we haz Z's in zo many plazezz... it iz not normalz. Howeverz, that beingz left behind usz, we will continuez in our researchz on the effectz of coffeez and caffeinez on abnormal human beingz.

YOU STOLE HIS SIG! :eek: I thought the mods were upholders of the law, not practitioners of petty thievery!
 
to read all this in the wee hours of the morning is rather shocking. i shall part my post in three equal... parts, to deal with each shocking detail seperately and maintain the necessary calmness to remain objective.

A. mods are evil. get over it. but should they dare steal my siggy (*small outraged whimper*) they'll have a civil war quicker than they thought, because a mod gave my siggy to me. hey, a mod war... i like that thought... bring a bit of the old spirit back... nah. we need to prove they are evil, not us.

B. i still want an answer to that question, olorinses.

C. OFFEE i WANT COFFEE GiVE iT TO ME NOW!!! i DON'T WANT BLANK LOOKS!!! CREAMY STEAMY DELiCiOUS BREW is what i desire. pretty please?

I've done a statistical analysis of the overlap between mods and duffers, and find the following:

  1. The percentage of mods among duffers is statistically significant (comparing duffer mods/mods as a whole vs. duffer members/members as a whole, showing 2.16 StDev > mean using Poisson distribution)
  2. Analysis of duffer-related content from mods against duffer-related content as a whole indicates that mods contribute at a statistically significant higher rate than the ordinary population.
  3. Analysis of postings by mods against postings from members as a whole indicates that with a few notable exceptions (you listening, Olórin?), mods do more duffer posting than members as a whole.
Conclusions that can be drawn from these analyses are inconclusive, but they trend toward the following:
  • If you're a mod, it helps to be a duffer
  • Mods don't have much serious to say
  • There may be more solidarity between mods and duffers than previously suspected.
