After Return of the King

Frodo now looked up from the place he had been sitting as the other's sat around a camp fire they had set up among the leaves of the forest. He now replied with a thoughtful gaze,

"Certainly, Arla."

He now rose to his feet and walked with her to a far corner of their camp.

Arla pulled out her bow and an arrow. "I'll ask you later. Whos out there?!" Aral asked.

She jumped down with her arms cross.
" Ethrà," she said with a glare and her ponity ear back.

OOC: That's her name.

Frodo stepped back a bit, almost loosing his foot as he nearly tripped over a unseen stone. Pressing a weary hand to his sword hilt, he watched her cautiously, trying to sound a bit more brave than he felt,

"You won't be causing us any trouble. Shall you?"

She hug her Cousin.
" Oh have you grown," She said turn to face the hobbit,
She pick him up then look at Merry.
" No one Master Frodo," She told him.

Merry-

Merry looked from Arla to Ethrà, then said suspiciously,

"Cousins? I'm afraid Arla failed to mention your visit, Ethrà."

Frodo-

Frodo now bowed his head a bit to Ethrà,

"I'm truly very sorry, Ethrà. I thought you were an enemy at first."

He now turned to gaze at Merry, wondering why all of a sudden he had a bit of suspicion in his voice.

She nodded.
" Oh I'm so sorry I wasn't want to scear them I just want to keep en eye on you guys," She told her.

" Why? We don't need any help. Gondor is straight ahead. Did my father send you? I didn't know she was going to be here Master Merry" Arla said glaring at him out of the conor of her eye.

OOC: cea later TGT!

IC: "If you'll excuse us I need to talk to Master Frodo here." Arla said trying to get away from all the commotion.

She shook her head.
" No one sent me and that is all right Frodo," She told them sitting down on a log.

OOC: I have to be heading out now.

OOC: :( Awwww... tty.

Merry-

Merry stayed standing up, still intently watching every move Ethrà made. He then asked, almost rudely but not quite,

"Then why are you here?"

Frodo-

Frodo could now tell clearly that Merry carried neither for Ethrà or her cousin. He quietly sat down on the ground near Merry's feet, and waited for Ethrà's reply. As soon as he heard Arla's words, he quickly got back up to his feet and followed her quickly. Leaving Merry and Ethrà alone to speak.

"I noticed you hold your shoulder alot. Tell me, what is wrong?"

Frodo, who didn't usually talk much about his problems of the past now replied quietly,

"Oh...It's not anything to worry about, Arla. It's really nothing. Just a result of a now passed event. That is all."

He avoided locking eyes with her, he knew she could read him better than he could even begin to presume.

"Something I never told you was is unlike my brother I was born with a special healing power. Please, allow me to help you. I haven't done that much for you please let me." Arla said.

Frodo put his hand to his shoulder, deeply thinking over her words. Amazed she had such a great power he asked,

"Can you really?"

He then added,

"But.. this pain... it was brought upon me by a Dark Rider's blade who has now since passed away into the realms of shadow. Is it possible to have it ever be fully healed?"
