Since duffers are usually going nowhere too, I'll say this thread is going the duffer way!

We are actually pretty good at it. We get on our ponies and paddle and paddle like bats out of heck until the ponies turn into gophers. Once we're riding the ponies-turned-gophers, we are able to get into the little holes and try to blow the other player's balls away from it. One time I blew so hard and for so long that my face turned purple. Now everyone is doing it cause they like to walk around with purple faces. The other day I won a round by making a hole-in-one-million. It was very close, but I was able to stay on the gopher for the big o-n-e-m-i-l.

As you can tell, Glen isn't as good at it but at least her club stays cool.

I think that you have marginally matured, but have not changed at all in personality. More likely, it is the forum which feels differently, since you've been away for so long.

I feel something different, and I think you nailed it! I just have an attitude now, that makes me only get on for fun, not to POST ON EVERY THREAD, and to be nicer to people. If I'm not in a good mood, then I shouldn't get on TDL, I think giving TDL up for Lent really helped :)

First of all. do you say Socratees or Socraits? It all depends on how you pronounce it. Someone said there's a right way and a wrong way to pronounce the name of that dude. Me? I don't think it matters because he was a duffer anyway. I believe he was the first one who philosophized on the nature of the rubber banana and what it was really made of. Anyway, I like Plato more than him because his name sounds so much like "plate" and "potato" which reminds me of food all the time. But we have to watch out though because if GG sees this post, she might eat it. She has been known to eat everything, including the platos...er I mean, plates. You know, now that I think about it, you should start on a thread on which the subject is food... or drinks. Yup. I'm hungry.

I think you'll be fine. It'd cause confusion of maybe a few seconds, but we'll recognize you by your name and sig and what you post. Kind of hard to mistake our Hyper for anyone else. :D

It means that if you hate the rubber banana, you're probably say Socraits but if you like the rubber banana, you hate Plato. Either way, it's probably best for you not to go into the argument threads unless you bring some potatos and a lot of sour cream. Things might get so hot in there, you should be able to make baked potatoes.
