Well, I wasen`t gonna sit there an die! I was asleep, I don`t have reflexes asleep. I was ofcourse awakin by the blood gushing out of me wrist. It took me a second or two to grasp what had just happend.

As soon as ye stabbed her, time wise, how long would you say it took ye to provide some help?

Well, cosidering that the night before she shot me with a piosened arrow is proofe enuogh fer me.

I order a recess of ten minutes (ooc: literally ten minutes, so we can all cool off). However, I will remind the respondent of this trial that his words can and will be used against him when the judges make their decision. Evidence has demonstrated he willingly accepted to engage in a duel, and was awake enough to participate.

This Court is adjourned for a brief recess.

Well, once she fell, I droped me sword and was about to run away, but I coulden`t live with myself if I had let somone die and let it be my fault, I`ve never killed somone before. I would have most likely commited scuicide after that, but I decided to try and right my wrong.
 
Sparky watched as the Lawlords n' crowd filed outta the room. Apolo was in the custody of two very sturdy lookin' Centaur Guards. Sparky gave a tremendous yawn. "Think they've figured anythin' out yet?" he asked Curumo. :D

No further questions. *QA48 goes towards apolo and whispers* Don't worry ye are going to be fine. I will make sure of that! *She then goes outside of Cair Paravel to take a drink of her wine*

EDIT: The break is extended for another ten minutes. We could all use a nice breather. :)

To be honest, I seriously don't see how can her death be his fault. He provided all the necessary means to help her. If Pegasus hadn't attacked her she would have still be alive.......

You are too kind, Sparky. I would like a nice dish of mahi-mahi, if you would be so kind (throws him a couple of gold coins).

ooc: QA48, whether or not he finished Elindil off, he still participated in it. It's not the fact that he tried to mend his "error" (which, since he realized what he did, is incriminating evidence enough). It's the point that he proceeded to do it.

You can make your decision with the rest of the judges tomorrow.

Oh, I fergot I`m spose to work at yer place. I f only I were FRREEEEE!!!!
 
Sparky caught the coins n' proceeded to pull out some freshly prepared Mahi-Mahi for Curumo. He got a few napkins n' various condiments n' brought it to his seat. He then turned to QA48. "Care for some form of seafood?" He asked. :D

EDIT: "Don't worry, I won't hold it against you. I may have to let you go if you get exiled to some deserted island, or get sentenced to be put in Mordor, where your only chance of survival would be to fight your way out or something." :D
